The beautiful hand-drawn mandala is represented in a deep shade of burgundy which is the color of SOPHISTICATION.

“CRUSH” features all those beautiful notes of the ‘crush season’ in the local Northern California wine regions . . . juicy cabernet grapes, toasted oak, sweet vanilla and a little hint of ‘spice’ with Cassia essential oil. Cassia essential oil dates back to Biblical times (just like wine) and is known for its spicy, uplifting aromas.

Red Jasper, the stone of STRENGTH, is our inspiration for this full-bodied candle. Red Jasper is often associated with the root chakra bringing mindfulness and energy to independence, security and self-awareness. “CRUSH” is a grounding candle that is all about getting down & dirty with the Earth . . . dirt, vines, grapes, oak, spice and all the goodness of red wine.

“CRUSH” is a limited-edition candle created in celebration of the crush season.

A heartfelt thank you to our dear friends, Mike & Lisa of Popie Wines, for bringing their multi-generation wine-making knowledge (and a few family ‘secrets’) and several bottles of delicious Popie Cabernet Sauvignon to the process of making sure this elegant candle creates ‘all the feels’ of the crush season.

And many thanks to our wonderful friends, Pamela & Zane of PaZa Estate Winery, for the tour, barrel tastings and additional ‘winemaker nose’ and expertise added to the creative process. And of course, Eve & Jett, for inspiring us to ‘make the candle’ and then naming it! (Thank goodness we did not go with ‘Bunghole’!)
