OUR fAMILY
Mandala Moon Candle Co., founded in November 2021, is a small, family-owned business dedicated to creating beautiful hand-crafted soy wax candles.
The vision for Mandala Moon Candle Co. originated from Bridget’s unique hand-drawn mandalas. Each mandala was originally drawn free-hand with a black pen on white paper without the use of a ruler, compass or even an eraser! Each one of the unique, hand-drawn mandalas is now represented in color and paired with scents, oils, stones and crystals to create an intentional layering of multiple positive attributes specific to each candle.
Bridget and Wendy, with a shared passion for art, candles and things that illuminate love, worked together to develop all of the colors, scents and layers for each candle. Mother-Daughter duo works side by side to bring Mandala Moon Candle Co. to life every day!
We collaborated with Brandt, talented son/brother, to help us with graphic design to further develop our unique brand and create all of our colorful Mandala Moon Candle Co. labels and marketing materials. He already working on several new projects and more swag!
Ellie, daughter/sister-in-law, collaborated with us on some fabulous gemstone gift sets - see our “Collaborations” page for details. Ellie also creates a lot of our digital marketing and assists with market development! Exciting things coming!
Lane, supportive husband/dad, built our fabulous candle studio . . . and a second studio is already in the works! Rumor has it that he actually enjoys making candles with us - shhhhh!
Our family has truly poured (pun intended) a lot of heart into our shared vision for all that is Mandala Moon Candle Co.
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using paraben-free soy wax made from American grown soybeans. We use premium, phthalate-free fragrances blended with high-quality essential oils. Our wicks are all-natural ring-spun, metal-free cotton wicks to ensure our candles are eco-friendly and clean burning.

HAND-drawn MANDALA ARTWORK
Bridget created each unique mandala freehand using only a pen and a piece of paper – no tools, no eraser, no ruler, no compass – just her beautiful imagination and her incredible ability to allow what she sees in her mind to come to life on paper through her free-flowing drawings.
Bridget will be the first to say that her mandala drawings are not perfect, nor are they 100% symmetrical, but that is what makes them truly exquisite pieces of art. The ability to draw these incredible mandalas freehand is truly a gift.
HAND-POURED SOY WAX CANDLES
Our paraben-free soy wax candles are hand-poured by us, Bridget & Wendy, in our home studio using only the finest ingredients. We use all-natural, renewable, sustainable soy wax made from American grown soybeans to ensure our candles are eco-friendly and clean burning.
Our wicks are constructed from all-natural ring-spun cotton and are metal free. We have carefully selected premium, phthalate-free fragrances blended with pure, high-quality essential oils to create delicious scents for your enjoyment, safety and comfort.
HAND-MADE WITH LOVE
We have worked together for several years bringing Mandala Moon Candle Company to life. The journey of creating our candle company has been a labor of love -- and many wax-filled days in our kitchen and little home studio! Each one of our candles has its own unique qualities and attributes that encourage self-reflection, awareness and connection.
We hope that every time you burn one of our candles, you will feel the love we put into creating the candle, as well as the love that radiates all around you. May your life be illuminated in a most special way.
HAND-selected stones + crystals
Stones and crystals have powerful energetic properties that harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. In fact, using stones and crystals during meditation can help align the seven energy centers in our body called chakras. No stone or crystal has just one purpose, as each one can have multiple healing qualities.
We hand-selected a specific stones and crystals for each candle based on the design and color of the mandala, along with the fragrance notes and essential oils. Each candle was created with many complimentary layers working in cadence to promote wellness and goodness for body, mind and soul. .
CANDLE CARE + SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Burn candle on a heat resistant, flat surface and away from flammable items - do not leave lit candle unattended
Keep candles away from little ones and pets
Burn your candle for at least two hours the first time. Allow wax to melt to the edges to prevent “tunneling”
Trim wick 1/4" before relighting your candle
Do not burn candle for more than 4 continuous hours
Stop burning when only 1/4” of wax remains
Use caution collecting the gemstones from the bottom of the container as the melted soy wax is very hot
Repurpose your containers when you are done enjoying your candle
